"Punctual and incredibly friendly!"
Flower Mound Taxi Cab was punctual and incredibly friendly. We made light conversation about other locations around the area while on the way to my stop, and was never rude or dismissive. He even opened the door for me upon entering and exiting the vehicle. I would definitely travel via this company again.

Great experience from a far!
My son was coming back to Denton from a weekend visit home and encountered difficulty with his Greyhound bus. Basically, he got stuck in Dallas due to a full bus and had no way to get to Denton.
We had arranged for the owner of Denton County Taxi to pick my son up at the Denton Greyhound bus stop. The owner was willing to wait longer than we had arranged to pick my son up when we thought his bus was just running late. Then, when we found out he was going to be stuck in Dallas -- The owner to the rescue! He drove all the way into Dallas and picked my son up. He told me on the phone that he was on his way to Dallas and would have my son safely in his taxi in 30 minutes and he did!
Thanks to the owner, my husband and I will sleep tonight knowing our son is safely back at school. We really appreciated the care and concern that the owner showed in being willing to go the extra mile(s)! If all of his employees are this dedicated, his business should go far!
